Junior Wind Band

​

The Junior Wind Band is ideal for complete beginner musicians or those learning a second instrument.

Pre-grade 1 to grade 3 standard.

 

Participation in the Junior Wind Band enables you to play fun and familiar music in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. You will quickly learn the skills of playing as part of an ensemble and gain plenty of opportunity to demonstrate your new skills in one of our regular concerts.

 

We find that many of our young musicians gain tremendous confidence from playing as part of an overall band. With the regular rehearsals supplementing private practice we also find this a massive help to progressing through the music grades.
